PACSA Persian Literature Contest

PACSA Persian Literature Contest:

We are pleased to announce the first annual PACSA Persian literature contest at University of Southern California. The goal of this contest is to recognize the Persian language literature in a creative way.

Information and Requirements:

Who: All students and recent graduates worldwide. Entries must include the following information: full name, School name, major, student ID, address, and contact info.

What: The contest consists of two categories: Poetry & Short Story. The entries must be limited to 3,000 words. All the material you submit must be your own; and to enter the contest, you need to sign a mutual agreement for intellectual property protection.

Language: All submissions should be written in Persian (Farsi).

Where: All literature will have to be submitted to

When: Submission deadline is April 18, 2014 at 5:00PM PCT.

Prize: First-place award is $250, second-place award is $100 for each category. In addition, the winning papers will be published in one of the reputable Persian publication in California. A ceremony will be held to address the winners and award the winners towards.
